Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director
Paul is a qualified Metallurgist with extensive operating and development experience gained in a career of over 30 years in the mining industry. During this time Paul has held a number of senior operations management and executive roles within Australian listed gold and base metal mining companies.
Mr Thomas has various regulatory and technical qualifications in mining, processing, management and finance. These include a Diploma in Open Cut and Underground Mining, a Diploma of Business and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
Kim is a Chartered Accountant with significant experience in financial management and corporate advisory services, particularly in the resources sector. Kim has worked as a Company Secretary and Corporate advisor for a number of ASX and AIM listed companies focussing on capital strategy, debt financing, investor relations, financial reporting and corporate governance.
Kim joined the Company in June 2009.
General Manager Duketon Gold Project,
Tony joined the company in August 2009 as General Manager of the Duketon Gold Project.
Tony has over 20 years experience in the mining industry both in Australia and internationally working for Newmont, Equigold and Lihir Gold in a variety of senior management positions.
General Manager Business Development
Myles commenced as Development Manager with the Company in May 2009 and has been involved in the feasibility study, finalisation of statutory approvals, construction and commissioning of all three operating mines at the Duketon Gold Project.
Myles has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Western Australian School of Mines and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FinSIA. Myles is the holder of a Quarry Managers Certificate of Competency and has been working in the Australian mining and finance industries since 1995.
Mr Woodman is a geologist with over 20 years’ experience in exploration, development and operations in the resources sector. He is a graduate of the Australian National University and is a corporate member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Mr Woodman has worked for a number of mining companies during his extensive career in the resources sector and has been influential in major project acquisition and discovery. He has a strong background in management, exploration planning and execution, resource development and mining operations both in Australia and overseas.
